Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping is the recording of financial transactions, and is part of the process of accounting in business. Transactions may include purchases, sales, receipts, and payments by an individual person or an organisation/corporation. We will act as your Bookkeeper and will be responsible in recording the financial transaction which incurred in a daily basis.
Contract Accountant
Most of the Company may hired the administrative staff but not the Accountant. This usually happen for a small business as they tried to cut the monthly cost. In such situation, we will act as your Accountant and be responsible with the financial reporting to the Board/ Management and other parties.
Tax Management
An income tax is a government tax imposed on individuals or companies (taxpayers) that varies with the income or profits (taxable income) of the taxpayer. Details vary widely by jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions refer to income tax on business entities as companies tax or corporation tax. As your consultant, we will guide you with the proper tax planning towards the tax reporting and submission besides sharing some knowledge and experience.
Outsource Accounting
Outsource Accounting usually happen in a small company/ simple trading company. The arrangement will help the company to overcome the bookkeeping issue and accounting issue. We will be responsible in recording all the financial transactions and also be responsible towards the reporting standard to the Board/ Management.
Audit Assignment
A financial audit is conducted to provide an opinion whether the financial statements are stated in accordance with specified criteria. Normally, the criteria are international accounting standards, although auditors may conduct audits of financial statements prepared using the cash basis or some other basis of accounting appropriate for the organisation. In providing an opinion whether financial statements are fairly stated in accordance with accounting standards, the auditor gathers evidence to determine whether the statements contain material errors or other misstatements. As your external auditor, we will conduct the audit work in order to help the auditors provide an opinion.
Business Proposal
Business Proposal usually been prepared by the entities/ companies for the loan purposes. The financial institution (usually banks) usually need the business proposal for their record requirement and valuation. As your consultant, we will guide you with our experience in submitting the business proposal for loan purposes.
